           Dornier 328-100 G-BYMK 
          ScotAirways 
           
            The Dornier 328 is an advanced short-haul commuter airliner 
            which first flew in 1991. It can carry 33 passengers and a payload of 
            3450kg over a range of 840nm. The 328 has a cruising speed of 350mph, 
            and a maximum altitude of 31000 feet. There is also a 
            turbofan-powered version, the 328Jet. 
          
            The above aircraft is one of seven operated by ScotAirways, and is 
            based at Edinburgh Airport. It operates on the Edinburgh - London 
            City and the Dundee - London City services.
